About Waerebo Village
Waerebo is the name of a village located on 1.000 m above sea level in Manggarai. This village offer beautiful traditional house called ‘Mbaru Niang’ (Conical Round House). In this village that be UNESCO site, there are seven houses from 19  descent. This village was built ±400 years ago.
Waerebo Tour is design for travellers who would like to go deep into Flores country side.


Itenerary

DAY 1: LABUAN BAJO – DENGE – WAEREBO

In the morning  meet at your hotel with our local guide. Then direct transfer to Denge. It takes us 2,5- 3 hours drive. Lunch enroute. In the afternoon arrive in Denge village and direct trekking to Waerebo village. Pass through the green vegetation and hear the sounds of the endemic birds. It takes us 3 hours trekking. Upon arrival in the village will be welcomed by the villagers and stay in 1 of the local traditional house. Dinner and overnight here.

DAY 2. WAEREBO VILLAGE – SPIDERWEB RICE FIELDS – LABUAN BAJO

Enjoy the morning time with the fresh atmosphere while having Manggarai’s Coffee. Afterwards, packing and trek down to Denge. Arrive in Denge then drive to Cancar to see the Spider Web rice field. In the afternoon drive back to Labuan Bajo for sleep and overnight.
